This one-hour private, in-home yoga or Pilates experience with Ingrid Sanderman is designed for groups of 4–8 people. Sessions are curated to meet the energy and intention of the group, blending mindful movement with expert guidance to create a shared experience of strength, balance, flexibility, and ease. For groups exceeding eight participants, an additional fee of $50 per person applies. This is a wonderful option for families, group trips or bachelorette parties, as well as the Yoga +Reiki party.
This package includes ten one-hour private, in-home yoga, Pilates or Reiki sessions with Ingrid Sanderman. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your evolving needs, offering personalized instruction that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness over time. Ideal for individuals or couples seeking consistency, refinement, and a deeply supportive movement practice within the comfort of their own home.
This 75-minute Yoga + Reiki Party is a deeply restorative, intimate experience led by Ingrid Sanderman. The gathering begins with a slow, nourishing Yin yoga practice, during which each participant receives customized Reiki energy work. Following the practice, guests are invited to pull a tarot card and receive a mini intuitive reading from Ingrid, offering insight, reflection, and intention. Designed to soothe the nervous system and elevate the spirit, this experience is ideal for special gatherings, celebrations, or soulful group rituals in the comfort of your home. This experience is for up to 8 people. For any additional attendees it is $50 per person.
